Weekend sailing charters on the French Riviera.

If you're short on holidays, can't be away from work or family for too long or simply fancy a romantic weekend away, charter a crewed sailing yacht for a long weekend on the French Riviera. Nice is only a 1½ hour flight from London, and if you leave early you'll be on board your yacht in time for lunch in the Mediterranean sunshine. Sailing gives you the chance to see and do a lot, without the stress of driving around or the need to live out of a suitcase.

We are entirely flexible and can propose an itinerary to suit your requirements and your schedule. The example below is intended to give you an idea of what's possible but you can always choose to visit different places or opt for more, or less, actual sailing. Equally, depending upon which part of the coastline you cover, the ports of call can be as sophisticated or as quiet and secluded as you like.

What can you do on a 4 day yacht charter?

Thursday:
Step aboard at lunchtime in the Marina Baie des Anges, just a 20 minute transfer from Nice airport. Sail to Cannes for the evening.

Friday: After a leisurely breakfast, depart for the Isles de Lerins to anchor for lunch. An afternoon sail takes you to anchor for the evening off the pretty village of St. Jean Cap Ferrat.

Saturday: In the morning, sail over to Mala Plage and anchor for lunch. Best reached by yacht, this small bay is tucked in between the towering cliffs of the Cap d'Ail. Continue on to Monaco in the afternoon.

Sunday:
Plenty of time to explore Monaco before departing for the beautiful old town of Villefranche. In the evening, take a trip to the village of Eze for dinner.

Monday: A relaxed morning to stroll around Villefranche or, if you're feeling more energetic, some water skiing in the bay. Disembark at midday and transfer to Nice airport for return flight.
