Long Weekend Breaks on the Côte d'Azur If you're short on holidays, can't be away from work or family for too long or simply fancy a romantic weekend away, you'd be surprised what you can fit into a four day charter. Nice is only a 1½ hour flight from London, and if you leave early you'll be on board your yacht in time for lunch. Sailing gives you the chance to see and do a lot, without the stress of driving around or the need to live out of a suitcase. We are entirely flexible and can propose an itinerary to suit your requirements and your schedule. The example below is intended to give you an idea of what's possible but you can always choose to visit different places or opt for more, or less, actual sailing. Friday: After a leisurely breakfast, depart for the Isles de Lerins to anchor for lunch. An afternoon sail takes you to anchor for the evening off the pretty village of St. Jean Cap Ferrat. Saturday: In the morning, sail over to Mala Plage and anchor for lunch. Best reached by yacht, this small bay is tucked in between the towering cliffs of the Cap d'Ail. Continue on to Monaco in the afternoon. |
Monday: A relaxed morning to stroll around Villefranche or, if you're feeling more energetic, some water skiing in the bay. Disembark at midday and transfer to Nice airport for return flight. |
